Meet the Team

Your goals are personal. Your training should be, too.

At Made for More Fitness, we believe movement can help you feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in everyday life. Whether you’re getting started, returning to exercise, or ready for a new challenge, we’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there.

Morgann Swan

Hi, I’m Morgann Swan. I grew up in upstate New York, where I developed a love for movement through outdoor activities and organized sports. That interest led me to coach sports camps in high school and work as a wellness coach at my local YMCA.

As a student-athlete at SUNY Cortland, I studied kinesiology while training clients and interning with strength and conditioning coaches. Those experiences shaped the way I approach fitness today: with attention to each person’s goals, abilities, and progress.

After earning my B.S. in Kinesiology, I moved to Wilmington to begin my career as a trainer. Today, I offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, corrective exercise, and nutritional guidance. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while making the process enjoyable and rewarding.

Credentials: B.S. in Kinesiology · ISSA Certified Personal Trainer · Corrective Exercise Specialist

Kaylie Seltzer

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in the medical field as a medical assistant and a passion for helping others build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives. I’m currently earning my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, continuing to grow my knowledge and understanding of the human body, movement, and overall wellness.

I’m independent but dependable, hardworking, encouraging, and always eager to learn. I believe in practicing what I preach, which means I’m also working toward my own health and fitness goals and constantly striving to become a better version of myself. I take my work seriously, but I’m definitely goofy at times—and I believe a little laughter can make any fitness journey more enjoyable. Above all, I’m kind-hearted and genuinely care about the people I work with and the goals they’re working toward.

Outside of fitness, I’m proud to be half Canadian and love going home throughout the year to spend time with family. I’m also a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur who loves discovering new local coffee shops and finding my next favorite cup. Whether I’m in the gym, studying exercise science, visiting family, or exploring a new coffee spot, I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy the journey along the way.

Amy Flowers-Harris

I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer who coaches the value of strength and health through moving your body with intention and purpose. I trust research and science to guide how I train. My certifications include Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Stacy Simms Menopause 2.0.

Years of navigating my own health journey, including perimenopause—which I’m excited is finally getting the research and visibility it deserves—have inspired me to empower others to understand how movement and nutrition can positively impact longevity and quality of life. No matter your age or current health, whether you’re just starting or starting again, I’ll partner with you to build the commitment and dedication to become your best self.

My personal goal is to continue enjoying my family, traveling, and lifting heavy things when I’m 85 years old—oh, and carrying all the groceries in one trip! In this chapter of life, I enjoy being outside with my dogs (as long as it’s not too hot), hanging out with my daughter in Raleigh, and finding the best rock concerts all over the country to attend with my husband.
